The project develops the first module of a digital infrastructure consisting of two data halls, Hyperscale and Colocation, for a total capacity of 6 MW IT. The structure is elevated more than 1.5 meters above ground level to protect the building from flooding and rising sea levels. Advanced mechanical and electrical systems, including 7,500 kW air-cooled chillers and a redundant electrical infrastructure, ensure reliability and operational continuity. The project also aims for IFC EDGE certification, with a 20% reduction in energy, water, and embodied carbon in materials compared to local benchmarks, thanks in part to the involvement of local consultants and auditors.
An infrastructure designed to combine resilience, high-performance systems, and measurable sustainability goals, transforming a design challenge into a new benchmark for West Africa.
