The new MyReplast Industries headquarters translates the language of Neo-Plasticist architecture into an industrial setting, creating a representative workplace alongside the production facility.

The project gives the building a distinctive architectural identity, making it an attractive destination for clients and school groups while ensuring long-term adaptability and ease of reuse.

The building takes the form of a square-plan volume composed of two intersecting masses: one grey and one white. The continuity of the façades is punctuated by glazed openings framed by projecting white profiles, as well as recessed and extruded elements that add depth and rhythm to the composition. The influence of De Stijl can be seen in the articulation of volumes, the balance between solid and void, and the sculptural use of colour.
Inside, the same interplay of forms and colours that defines the exterior continues throughout the space. A series of overlooking walkways and openings animate the double-height entrance lobby, illuminated by a suspended chandelier that becomes the focal point of the interior. On the ground floor, alongside the reception area, break space and part of the workstations, a showroom introduces visitors to the company’s plastic recycling activities and industrial expertise. The first floor accommodates open-plan offices with the remaining workstations—around forty in total—as well as meeting rooms positioned along the curtain walls.
The result is a workplace that brings together representation, functionality and storytelling, transforming the company’s identity into a spatial experience.
