Rigenerazione ex Caserma Lesa

The project gives the community a park featuring artistic, sensory, and educational paths, as well as spaces for cultural events and educational activities. Offices are designed to ensure comfort, flexibility, and wellbeing, fostering collaboration and creativity. The intervention represents a concrete example of urban regeneration with environmental, social, and economic benefits.

The new I.CO.P offices follow ESG principles and enhance the existing built heritage, avoiding new volumes. The area is cleared of abandoned structures, increasing soil permeability and creating large green spaces. Environmental sustainability is achieved through solar thermal and photovoltaic panels and rainwater harvesting for irrigation.
The publicly accessible park hosts event spaces, art installations, and educational activities, strengthening the relationship between company and community.
The project combines urban regeneration, ESG sustainability, and cultural enhancement, restoring historical identity to the former barracks while generating social inclusion and defining an innovative, representative hub for the future.
