The interior design project of the 25hours Hotel Florence is inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy: rooms follow the themes of Hell and Paradise, while corridors represent Purgatory.

The extensive intervention involved major demolitions, new constructions, and carefully restored areas, along with continuous technical consultancy throughout all phases.

The complex consists of three volumes: a historic palace, a former 11th-century monastery adjoining the Church of San Paolino; a newly built section with a garden; and an independent suite created within an existing building. In addition to guest rooms, the complex includes a spa and gym, meeting and game areas, an underground parking garage, a large green area, a restaurant located beneath the large central dome overlooking an internal courtyard, a bar, and a traditional grocery store opening onto the square. The project also intervenes in the surrounding urban context, redesigning the layout of the square.
The project also included intensive project monitoring activities, aimed at quality control of the works and verification of compliance with construction timelines.
