The project involves the complete reorganization of the lobby, restaurant, and café, which are now fluid spaces integrated with the exterior. The new glass façade, together with the extension of the building, enhances the building's presence and increases its representativeness. The renovation of the building envelope and systems aims to achieve a high level of energy efficiency, complying with national regulations and LEED criteria. The interior spaces have been redesigned to ensure comfort and contemporary hospitality for those who work and visit the complex.
