Bologna Bloom

Three contemporary buildings and landscaped courtyards define the identity of Bologna Bloom, a new residential complex with a strong architectural character.

Located just minutes from the city center and the Central Railway Station, the residential complex is composed of buildings of varying heights: two identical towers rising over 12 floors, including the ground floor, and three lower connecting volumes with 4 to 5 floors. The completed development will comprise a total of 145 apartments. Outdoor areas include two private landscaped courtyards and a central public pedestrian path. At ground level, residents have access to exclusive amenities such as co-working spaces, a fitness area, a multifunctional room, and an indoor play area. Two underground levels accommodate private garages and parking spaces.
