Casa Ioi

Spread over two levels, Casa Ioi creates welcoming and dynamic environments. The private areas and wellness facilities interact with the living area, which is connected to the panoramic terraces with a swimming pool.

The home favors an intense atmosphere, emphasized by lively textures on the walls and free relationships between the elements. The use of wood and curved surfaces adds warmth and movement, contrasting with the white of the parapets and the natural light that pervades the space. Particular attention is paid to the private spa, characterized by organic and fluid shapes. Through the internal patios, the path opens onto the upper terraces equipped with a swimming pool, designed as outdoor garden lounges with open views of the Gulf of Salerno and the Amalfi Coast. The project is characterized by an interpretation of domestic well-being with warm materials, sculptural lines, and an immersive spa area, in continuity with the outdoor spaces dedicated to outdoor living.
