A new façade for Casetta Mattei: the shopping center refreshes its identity through a redesigned envelope and a new logo.
Located in the south-west outskirts of Rome, the Casetta Mattei restyling introduces a new color balance and distinctive architectural elements.
The ventilated façade and part of the plinth were painted in a dark brown finish, serving as a backdrop for the new vertical aluminum slat cladding with a wood effect. The slats emphasize the two main pedestrian entrances and create a depth effect across the envelope. The project highlights the curved “sail” wall of the northern entrance with a metallic gold finish and includes the renovation of the circular ramp of the parking garage.
A new panoramic external elevator completes the intervention, becoming both an iconic element and an advertising totem for the main brands.
