An architecture that integrates a data center and offices beneath a timber photovoltaic canopy, serving as both a visual and functional landmark for the entire regenerated area.

The roof accommodates a foyer and a multifunctional stepped seating area, acting as a hub connecting to the lunch area and terrace, all fully accessible to the community. The system of prefabricated, modular façades—featuring vertical fins and alternating panels—adapts to solar exposure: shading devices on the east and west reduce low-angle sunlight, southern overhangs limit solar gain by up to 70%, while the large north-facing glazing maximises natural light. Timber and high-performance concrete reduce CO₂ emissions by 60% to 92% respectively, while the entire envelope is designed to enhance energy efficiency and optimise construction time.
The project establishes the conditions for a renewed dialogue between technology, landscape and sustainability within the urban context.
