Spanning 22.3 hectares within an 85-hectare park, the project integrates architecture, engineering, and systems into an advanced technological complex that exceeds international safety requirements.

The project develops one of Europe’s most advanced data centers, with a particular focus on seismic safety and the operational continuity of the data halls even in the event of an earthquake. The complex includes technical areas, offices, parking lots, and advanced water management systems, with an installed capacity of 19.2 MW. Project management is based on 4D BIM modeling, used to simulate and optimize the sequence of construction work, coordinate complex disciplines, and prevent critical issues in real time. Design Management ensures control of all phases, operational efficiency, and compliance with international standards.
Seismic resilience, digital process control, and integrated coordination make the complex a benchmark for the design of highly reliable technological infrastructure.
