The project breathes new life into a partially retired industrial zone, converting it into a data center campus that is seamlessly integrated into its surroundings. This is achieved by employing an external metallic second skin that reflects the shapes of the adjacent structures.

The masterplan encompasses the deployment of 500 MW across three brownfield plots, utilizing a fragmented layout that minimizes volumetric impact and adapts to the existing public road network.
The neutral, uniform facades are punctuated by a red base, visually linking the new development to the architectural language of the area’s pre-existing manufacturing buildings. Technological rooftop elements are concealed with backlit micro-perforated panels, forming a light, reflective, and semi-transparent aluminum surface that softens the visual impact and enhances the project’s aesthetic quality.
This hyperscale data center campus aims not only for technological efficiency but also for fostering a positive relationship with its surroundings, thereby making it a landscape mitigation intervention designed to establish meaningful connections with the city and its inhabitants.
