EY wavespace

Located on the fourth floor of the headquarters on Via Meravigli in Milan, the new EY Wavespace introduces multifunctional spaces designed to connect people, nature, and technology.

Developed with the support of the ExperienceLab of the Università Cattolica and craftsmen from Teatro alla Scala, the journey unfolds across two macro-areas, Meaning Lab and Significance Lab, where four sequences define the stages of an experiential path: a sculpted stone cave (The Cave), a reflective aquatic zone (The Wave), a dialogic space centered around a brazier (The Flame), and a suspended cloud (The Cloud). The environments are connected by scenic transitions such as a waterfall (The Waterfall) and a vegetated tunnel (The Breath), and are characterized by sandy agglomerates, reflective surfaces, and stabilized greenery.
The project introduced custom architectural solutions, sensory envelopes, atmospheric lighting, reconfigurable furnishings, and integrated digital technologies, translating the concept of natural elements into a multifunctional space that supports teamwork and corporate transformation processes.
