Deloitte Roma

Certified LEED Platinum, the intervention expresses the brand’s identity through contemporary spaces focused on wellbeing, flexibility, and experience quality.

Distributed over seven floors, the headquarters accommodates more than 750 workstations, 70 meeting rooms, and an auditorium, alternating collective spaces, focus areas, collaborative environments, and informal zones. The layout supports hybrid working models, promoting adaptability and integration between functions.
Advanced environmental comfort solutions are integrated, including adjustable furniture, task lighting, large glazed surfaces for natural daylight, and acoustics tailored to different uses. The lighting strategy combines technical elements with decorative installations, while physical branding and wayfinding structure the floors through colors and graphic elements.
At ground level, a 150 sqm Generative AI experience space offers an immersive environment for exploring advanced digital solutions, integrating bespoke wood paneling and audiovisual technologies into a coherent narrative that merges architecture, innovation, and corporate culture.
Overlooking Rome’s historic center, the Deloitte headquarters balances representation and functionality, translating the company’s strategic vision into a contemporary spatial project.
