Hotel Capo dei Greci

The project involves the complete restyling of the entire area. The need to preserve the landscape required selective demolitions and small interventions on the existing structures.

This is a resort spread across the headland: the terraced villas are served by a new shared corridor at the rear, which provides access to them. At the front, gardens, terraces, and balconies offer guests a beautiful view of the sea, while also improving the privacy of the rooms. An underground entrance leads to the main building, which houses the reception, bar, lounge, and restaurant. The project also includes a small square with orange trees, a relaxation terrace, three outdoor pools, a spa, and sports courts. References to elements of Sicilian tradition and the widespread presence of local plant species guide the entire intervention. Our involvement focuses on the development of the building works and fire safety procedures, as well as on the coordination of all the disciplines involved.
Set into the rock inside a tunnel, an underground lift travels 40 meters in height from the hotel complex down to the cliff below, where an exclusive beach club will be created on wooden platforms.
