The project addresses a dual objective: increasing office capacity while enhancing the building’s visibility from the new Pedemontana motorway.

The building’s form follows a dynamic trajectory, featuring a bold cantilever that evokes the prow of a ship emerging among the surrounding vineyards. The existing structure, enlarged as part of the intervention, is overlaid with an additional architectural volume, partly orthogonal to the original building and partly rotated to ensure maximum visibility from the roadway.
This configuration provides the space required to accommodate large open-plan offices, private workspaces, a reception area, experience zones, a reconfigurable auditorium with folding partitions, break areas, and meeting rooms. Outdoors, a sports area and an open-air canteen foster social interaction and employee wellbeing.
The result is a “building over a building” that integrates new office spaces with a wide range of shared and support functions, rising prominently amid the Treviso vineyards.
