The residential project on Via Camozzi in Bergamo introduces 160 new homes, shaping a new urban space connected to the historic context.

The urban frontage engages with the former Italcementi area, preserved through internal courtyards and loggias that create dialogue between buildings and a shared park.

Via Camozzi

The ground floor, dedicated to commercial activities, features modular façades that adapt to the rhythm and scale of the existing urban fabric through a grid of solids and voids.
Buildings along Via Camozzi are lowered in height, while a new urban square redefines a pedestrian dimension within a fast-flowing part of the city.
Inner façades open onto the courtyard through loggias and glazed walls, while the two towers reflect the park and bring it into the domestic environment through large openings that encourage shared living.
The design strategy is rooted in an analysis of the urban context and in the creation of relationships between residential buildings and the shared park.
