Elle22 is a group of female professionals whose goal is to be a point of reference accessible to everyone, a means of improving equity and inclusion in the workplace, educating people about diversity and respect, and giving a voice to those who animate and live in social and work spaces.
The group was established to raise awareness and protect issues related to gender equality. We have earned Gender Equality Certification: a recognition that reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement and to fostering an inclusive culture - not merely to meet a requirement, but to value our people and invest in their future.
