The concept is grounded in a strong relationship with the natural setting: the façade pattern, The Line of Water, echoes the irregular and vertical paths of the area’s waterways, becoming the building’s architectural signature. The interior layout favors generous workspaces, natural light, panoramic views, and the use of innovative, sustainable materials. The distribution has been designed to optimize the flow of goods and people, while also ensuring flexibility and energy savings. The project involved the precise coordination of every stage, from the designers to the contractors responsible for both the envelope and the process systems, in order to guarantee operational performance and environmental quality among the most advanced in the European landscape.
The new Valmora stands as a benchmark for the sector: architecture, sustainability, and functionality come together in one of the most innovative production complexes in the field.
