The intervention involves the 3rd and 4th floors of the building, refurbished to offer greater versatility and adaptability to business needs, ensuring maximum comfort also from an acoustic standpoint, thanks to sound-absorbing panels and custom-designed ceilings.

The Social Hub on the 3rd floor is dedicated to collective functions and features a flexible setup that adapts to different uses, from informal moments to official events and presentations. The large terrace is equipped with armchairs, high tables and benches integrated with planters that extend internal functions outdoors.
The Bar Brera on the 4th floor hosts break moments in a setting that recalls the 1950s and 1960s through fabrics, colors and furnishing details typical of the period.
Crédit Agricole CIB’s offices are designed to support work, meeting and discussion through a continuous sequence of indoor and outdoor spaces.
