The new headquarters brings together more than 20 companies within the holding in a single building, conceived as a recognizable presence in the urban landscape and as a shared operational infrastructure.

The project develops a compact, layered structure rising over 7 above-ground levels, designed to accommodate up to 1,000 people and to integrate warehouse facilities, offices, shared spaces, and support functions into one continuous system.

Holcom HQ

The architecture is defined by a double skin that brings together image and performance. The first layer is a continuous glazed curtain wall, set back 20 cm from the slab edge to allow for the insertion of a thermal and acoustic insulation band. The second is an external metal grid screen with chrome-finished elements grouped into varied modules, creating a dynamic pattern that lightens the mass and gives unity to the volume. Inside, a 1.5 m module organizes the façade, raised floor, and multifunctional framed suspended ceiling, prepared to accommodate glass partitions, light fixtures, blinds, ventilation, and repositionable acoustic barriers. Courtyards and light wells improve natural lighting and shape the public and private circulation. Greenery completes the system with cloisters, planted terraces, a 500 sqm citrus grove, and a living wall in the lobby.
Holcom gives form to the needs for representation, flexibility, and environmental control in a building able to adapt over time. A headquarters that brings order to complex functions and introduces spatial quality into a predominantly industrial setting.
