The project interprets the Group’s operational and institutional needs through a clear and recognizable spatial system, where architecture, furnishings and light build a coherent identity.

Work environments are designed to support efficiency, flexibility and exchange, alternating dedicated workstations with informal meeting and discussion spaces. The representative level overlooks a double-height event area that establishes a visual and functional relationship between different zones, reinforcing the institutional character of the intervention. Bespoke furnishings, expressed in brand colors, ensure spatial continuity from offices to meeting rooms and informal areas, contributing to a unified reading of the project. The shared lobby is reinterpreted as a dedicated reception space, where reception desks, identity elements and reserved routes clearly define access to the headquarters. The lighting design, calibrated to different functions, supports daily activities, hospitality and events, strengthening the role of space as a representational tool.
The sequence from lobby to operational areas and representative spaces creates a true brand journey, where Gruppo Cassa Centrale’s identity takes shape through the integration of architecture, furnishings and light.
