Corso di Porta Nuova 19

Located in Milan’s Central Business District, the project gives new life to an existing building, reshaping the city’s image and creating a node between history and future.

Comprising two eight-story buildings above ground and two underground levels, the project involves the complete refurbishment of an office complex through the demolition of transverse connections that fragmented the space. The transformation introduces a new, larger center of gravity with a shared green core.
The reconfiguration of volumes creates a new reception system: a connective hub that fluidly links the two buildings and distributes flows, enabling the coexistence of multiple tenants.
Corso di Porta Nuova 19 is an urban regeneration project that reveals, behind a glass-and-stone exterior skin, an inner soul of reflections, rhythms, and transparencies that enhance spatial continuity between inside and outside.
