Food Design - Salone del Mobile 2024

The project includes the masterplan and setup of a space for performative events focused on food, within the EuroCucina 2024 framework.

“All You Have Ever Wanted to Know About Food Design in Six Performances” is an installation based on the concept of “characterized neutrality”, neutral enough to host an international editorial exhibition and a rich performative program, while remaining flexible and adaptable to any exhibition need.
A large wall connects the magazine exhibition area with the performance space for chefs, designers, and artists. Mobile curtains and variable lighting allow the scene to be reconfigured, turning the entire environment into a blank canvas ready to quickly take on different identities.
A reactive collector of situations: the space’s “characterized neutrality,” combined with mobile elements and dynamic lighting, creates a constantly changing scenic environment capable of hosting new narratives.
