The DEGW project for the Urban Cube reinterprets each environment as a page, where functions and relationships are arranged in original and dynamic compositions.

Distributed across eleven floors and 16,000 square meters, the new headquarters hosts public areas, editorial offices, executive offices, and meeting spaces organized around a central core, ensuring operational efficiency and clear circulation. The alternation between enclosed spaces and open-plan areas is enriched by informal hubs and recharging zones.
The graphic matrix of editorial layout shapes floors, walls, and details, while soft color palettes and warm materials translate the newspaper’s identity into atmosphere. The spaces integrate natural light control systems, sound-absorbing surfaces, and indoor and outdoor greenery that contribute to microclimate regulation and thermal comfort, minimizing the building’s environmental impact.
The visual language and structure of the newspaper become a spatial device, aligning the user experience and the Group’s communication with its editorial vocation.
