LEF

The project integrates interior design, space planning, physical branding, and communication to create a journey of discovery and interaction throughout the 2,300 sqm building.

The intervention extends the structure by two new floors, designed to enhance LEF 4.0’s role as an innovation hub. The layout ensures maximum flexibility between modular training rooms, workstations, meeting rooms, and exhibition areas. Spaces are crafted to reflect three distinct industrial moods - urban, factory, and new retro - differentiating and complementing the various environments and experiential pathways in line with their specific functions. The “urban” style defines the reception and warm-up area, intended for events and training sessions. The “factory” mood characterizes the creative garden, supporting creativity and socialization, while the “new retro” style is dedicated to the more formal operational spaces on the first floor.
The expansion project creates an advanced, customizable, and technologically equipped platform for training, further establishing LEF 4.0 as a reference point for the digital and lean industry.
