Nuovo comparto produttivo, direzionale e logistico Pastificio Felicetti

Set within the mountain landscape, with elevations inspired by local stone, the new Felicetti production complex combines operational efficiency, architectural quality, and identity, redefining the relationship between industry and the environment.

The facility houses production areas, an automated warehouse for 11,000 pallets, a grain storage area, offices, and technical spaces within a single system. The new building is designed with large spans and high ceilings to ensure process continuity and maximum versatility of use. The perimeter sections house ancillary and support functions, while the heart of the complex is the automated logistics hub integrated with production. The facades are defined by prefabricated concrete elements that evoke the rocky walls and local cliffs: faceted surfaces and variable geometries generate shifting light effects and reinforce the connection with the Alpine landscape. Coordination between the design team, contractors, and suppliers ensured consistency between the architectural vision and technical requirements.
The facades transform an industrial building into an element integrated into the landscape, while the interior layout optimizes the flow between production, logistics, and administrative functions.
