SEW - EURODRIVE

Parametric models and advanced technologies reorganize functions, connections and systems within a new architectural envelope.

The project involves the renovation of the German multinational SEW-EURODRIVE’s headquarters in Solaro.
The refurbished office building is expanded with a new rectangular volume connected to the production plant through the façade, defining a renewed architectural identity for the complex. Building systems are redesigned with a focus on energy efficiency, technological integration and flow optimization, supporting new working models and the transition toward Industry 4.0.
The use of parametric models as a guide for integrated architecture, engineering and interior design makes SEW-EURODRIVE headquarters an advanced example of hybrid production-office space.
