The project reimagines the guest rooms, common areas, and spa to create an experience that harmonizes with the site’s history and the natural landscape.

The project involves the complete renovation of the facility, including the redesign of 124 rooms and suites, common areas, and the spa & Beauty Clinic. The rooms embody a contemporary Tuscan aesthetic through custom furnishings, exclusive fabrics, art objects, and handcrafted finishes. The common areas are designed to enhance the continuity between interior and exterior and include a central fireplace at the entrance and a library lounge. The concept evokes the continuous flow of thermal waters, translated into natural materials, soft tones, and details inspired by the local context. The new spa offers personalized programs, thermal treatments, and specialized services in spaces designed to ensure privacy, comfort, and relaxation.
The project breathes new life into a historic site through a careful balance of hospitality, wellness, and a deep connection to the Maremma landscape.
