The Regency Hotel

Building, interior design, systems: every phase of the project is meticulously curated to fulfill both brand requirements and client expectations.

The strategic location in the heart of Rome and the building's historical value guided the concept development, with the aim of creating a distinctive character that offers guests a truly unique experience. The La Dolce Vita lifestyle of the 1950s and 1960s is evoked by bold graphic lines and geometric patterns in the furnishings, juxtaposed with soft shapes and neutral tones that translate, in the guest rooms, into thoughtful choices of finishes, materials, lighting, and tactile and visual effects. Every element is designed to enhance the site’s historical richness, which is celebrated through the renovation.
At the center of the interior lies the Atmosfera bar, a focal point defined by its dramatic lighting, open bottle display, and a stunning counter that connects to a large central table with a marble edge, establishing a dialogue between compatible materials and styles. The foyer and dining room are further enhanced by the wire sculptures of Alessandro di Cola.
An example of urban regeneration in central Rome, The Regency is a boutique hotel where every element is carefully crafted to create a harmonious, intimate, and comfortable environment.
