ToDream

With 85,000 sqm of built area within a total site of 270,000 sqm, TO Dream combines retail, services, hospitality, entertainment, and a linear park, creating a new urban destination.

Inspired by Turin’s historic arcades, the project integrates over 100 retail units, 25 restaurants, 8 cinemas, a 1,500-seat arena, a four-star hotel, and a gym.
Developed in multiple phases, it also includes a Retail Park and leisure areas. The landscape design accompanies visitors along a one-kilometer route featuring 45,000 sqm of greenery and a cycle path connected to the city.
Strong environmental strategies—natural materials, over 1 MW of photovoltaic systems, rainwater recycling, and extensive green spaces—have earned the project international awards.
The new volumes host over 100 diversified activities and face a continuous one-kilometer green belt, creating an innovative pedestrian and visual interface between the city, public spaces, and commercial functions.
