Urban Campus Bocconi - via Castiglioni

The project places particular emphasis on functionality and environmental quality, featuring integrated residential units, studios, and common areas for studying and reading overlooking the park.

The Bocconi university residence is located between Via Castelbarco, Viale Toscana, and Via Castiglioni in Milan. Its ellipsoidal architectural layout, defined by differentiated quarter forms and two primary axes, ensures both clear distribution and distinctive character. The facades alternate between continuous glass surfaces and expanded aluminum sheet screens, designed to modulate transparency, natural light, and comfort. The main entrance hall of the entire complex includes the reception, security and control rooms, a welcoming lobby, and the administrative area.
The project sets a contemporary standard for university living, where urban integration, spatial quality, and environmental focus contribute to strengthening Bocconi’s campus system.
Preliminary, definitive, and executive project, construction supervision, and interior design carried out by Arch. Marco Zanibelli
