Two buildings and a green courtyard redefine the living space for students: connected by a volume facing the street, the former office building and the new tower enhance the relationship between past and present.

The ground floor of the new building houses common areas, a reception, a fitness center, and recreational areas around the central courtyard, with large windows that open up views of the city and connect with the urban context. The complex offers 97 hotel-style rooms and 116 apartments of various types, designed for different needs: single rooms with private bathrooms, solutions with shared bathrooms, units with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
