Valmontone Outlet

A 7-meter height difference is leveraged to create a terraced boulevard, ensuring continuity with the existing layout and flexible use.

The expansion affects the eastern sector, formerly used as a parking area, now transformed into an 85-meter-long pedestrian boulevard overlooking 15 retail units totaling 3,944 sqm of GLA.
All buildings are attached and limited to a maximum height of 7 meters, allowing future internal reconfigurations. The timber canopy recalls the pitched roofs of the outlet village.
The main boulevard unfolds across three terraced levels connected by ramps, with landscaped areas mitigating level differences and a central “canyon” channeling visitor flows.
A new western entrance connects street level to the new retail area, while the semi-basement integrates parking, technical spaces, and support functions, optimizing accessibility and usability.
