Viale Cassala 16

Optimised interiors, smoother circulation and a renewed focus on green courtyards and shared areas: the intervention is guided by the highest safety standards.

A new entrance hall emerges along Viale Cassala, its façades in light grey and bronze enhanced by entrances marked with backlit glass lanterns. Accessibility is improved through two lifts dedicated to the inner block, directly connecting the buildings to the underground parking.
At the heart of the project lies an internal square paved in timber, complemented by a usable terrace; here, trees and landscaped areas integrate a rainwater filtration system, combining environmental performance with spatial quality.
A new entrance hall, an open square and luminous façades redefine the complex: greenery enhances the user experience, while a flexible layout supports a wide range of working needs.
