Spaces are organized according to the activities they host, across three operational domains: focus, collaboration and communication. This division guides the layout of the environments and shapes their everyday use.

The project involves the top two floors of Milan’s Whitemoon building, recently redeveloped, dedicated to shared workspaces. The environments unfold as open spaces and include workstations, phone booths, meeting rooms and break areas.
The flexible distribution enables different usage configurations, supporting both individual work and group activities. A perimeter terrace and the widespread introduction of greenery help improve comfort and encourage informal social interaction, with a positive impact on productivity.
The terrace, extending for about 350 sq m along the perimeter of the twelfth floor, offers a privileged view over the city and acts as an outdoor extension of the workspaces. Indoors, the boardroom is developed on two sides and characterized by a green floor and a wooden table, introducing visual continuity with the outside. The Customer Experience Center, designed as a modular space, features multimedia surfaces and an area dedicated to informal activities and events.
Neutral colors, soft lines, vegetation and acoustic solutions define comfortable, balanced work environments, designed to ensure flexibility and continuity of use.
