The renovation was guided by a search for balance and compositional clarity, ensuring maximum performance in terms of flexibility and energy consumption.

The project includes ten above-ground floors for office and retail use, as well as two underground mixed-use levels. Interventions on the double-height lobby and reception improve functionality and accessibility, reconnecting the porticoed urban space with the entrance and the internal courtyard garden.
Open-plan office layouts optimize internal space usage while maintaining a high degree of layout flexibility.
The façade intervention maximizes natural daylight through full-height triple glazing, while bronze-colored fins animate the elevation with a strong graphic identity based on a mullion-and-transom system.
