FRAME BUILDING

The intervention focuses on both the envelope and the systems, incorporating metal cladding, green terraces, and a façade designed with geometric shapes and built-in lighting.

Frame Building consists of two superimposed volumes over six above-ground floors, with underground parking and technical rooms. The façade retrofit introduces a dual-layer metal skin, partially openable and characterized by illuminated horizontal and vertical slits, redefining its urban image even at night. The base is clad in matte bronzed aluminum panels, while a suspended garden with wooden walkways—an element of visual and spatial connection—links the podium and tower. The technical roof features a nearly 2,000 sqm green terrace and double-height terraces on the upper floors. The project includes a complete upgrade of building systems, LED relamping, and a BMS, enabling LEED Gold pre-certification.
The dual-color metallic façade with luminous cuts, combined with the suspended garden and green terrace, establish the building as a landmark of efficiency and design.
