Brand and Culture
We translate identity, values, and corporate culture into recognizable spaces capable of representing the organization in a tangible way.

We intervene at every scale of the project—from the relationship with the city to the definition of interior spaces—to revitalize buildings and enhance the workplace's appeal.
Every project begins with an analysis of the existing site and the ability to interpret its value: renewing the image, improving the user experience, and creating spaces capable of evolving over time. We create contemporary architecture rooted in its context, strengthening the connection between the built environment and the urban setting.

Our approach begins by understanding the organization—its operational methods and how people inhabit the space—to define strategies that support change, spanning everything from physical environments and technologies to new work models.
This vision is grounded in the expertise of DEGW, a Lombardini22 center of excellence dedicated to workplace environments and an international benchmark in the field for over forty years. Through an integrated approach, we translate business objectives, people’s needs, and asset potential into measurable design solutions capable of creating value for organizations, individuals, and real estate assets.
We design new buildings and transform existing assets, working at scales ranging from urban planning to interiors. Our work encompasses new construction, redevelopment, and adaptive reuse, interpreting the characteristics of the context and the potential of the built environment. We develop projects by coordinating architecture, structural engineering, the building envelope, MEP systems, and interior design from the outset. This interdisciplinary integration allows us to approach the project as a unified system, ensuring coherence between design choices, architectural quality, and technical feasibility.

We define workplace strategies based on organizational models, people’s behaviors, space utilization data, and business objectives. Through the Workplace Performance Survey—a questionnaire addressed to the entire organization to analyze user perceptions—and the Time Utilization Survey—an observational study aimed at measuring actual space usage—we translate operational needs and evolving scenarios into spatial models and new ways of working.

We support companies in managing the change associated with office relocation through strategies and activities designed to help people adapt to new spaces, technologies, and ways of working. We utilize engagement and co-design workshops, internal communication campaigns, and tailored activities and events to guide employees not only through a shift in their daily routines but also toward enriching their corporate culture.

We design work environments that enhance people's daily experiences and make an organization's identity tangible. Through interior design, test-fit studies, space planning, and furniture strategy, we create spaces aligned with operational needs, corporate culture, and positioning goals. Every element—from the spatial layout to the selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, acoustic solutions, technology, and signage—contributes to an integrated system designed to foster focus, collaboration, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

We translate identity, values, and corporate culture into recognizable spaces capable of representing the organization in a tangible way.
We optimize space utilization and create flexible layouts capable of adapting to evolving work models.
We integrate sustainability, comfort, environmental quality, durability, and technical performance into every component of the project, from the building envelope to the interior spaces.
We enhance office buildings and spaces by increasing their attractiveness, competitiveness, and ability to meet market expectations.
The building's design incorporates the requirements of the workspace, creating continuity between the exterior architecture and the possibilities within.

Founded in London in 1973 by Francis Duffy, Peter Eley, Luigi Giffone, and John Worthington, DEGW helped redefine the concept of the workplace by introducing a method that integrates organizational consulting, behavioral analysis, and spatial design into a unified analytical framework. This methodological and cultural heritage is now an integral part of Lombardini22, which has consolidated DEGW’s legacy to continue offering a workplace approach grounded in in-depth analysis of contemporary socio-economic dynamics and the translation of this knowledge into advanced spatial models. It is a cutting-edge design approach that interprets the evolution of work and organizational structure, translating them into concrete solutions spanning organizational and real estate consulting, space planning, interior design, and workplace change management.

Il progetto, sviluppato da Lombardini22, è particolarmente interessante da più punti di vista: ambientale, urbanistico/amministrativo e ingegneristico perché, al recupero mirato di una struttura obsoleta ed energivora, affianca
