ZUCCHETTI VILLAGE

The project transforms an urban leftover into a headquarters campus with 1,200 workstations through a technological solution based on the use of laminated timber.

The new Zucchetti Village reconfigures the office tower and the former My Lodi shopping mall into an open campus. The existing podium slab is lightened and hollowed out at its center to create two open-air courtyards, a double-height bioclimatic greenhouse, a main lobby, and a new circulation hub.
Offices, restaurant, café, wellness facilities, auditorium, client areas, and training spaces are distributed over two levels. A new building in laminated timber and reinforced concrete on the eastern side completes the system, featuring terraces and a glazed ventilated façade that enhances daylighting, comfort, and environmental performance.
The reuse of existing structures and the use of approximately 1,600 cubic meters of laminated timber allow CO₂ storage, turning the complex into a low-carbon laboratory for urban regeneration.
