Integrated spaces, advanced comfort and cutting-edge seismic solutions make the new Angelini HQ an example of engineering excellence, where environmental comfort blends seamlessly with complex architectural forms and expertly concealed technical solutions
The building hosts office spaces as well as services including a nursery, auditorium and underground parking. The demolition and reconstruction of the original headquarters resulted in a “floating” structure, a seismic solution inspired by Asian standards using Korean isolators, employed for the first time in Italy.
Angelini HQ is among the few buildings in Rome certified LEED Platinum, achieved through advanced systems design, smart lighting, high-performance climate control and energy and water efficiency.
