Moscova 64

The apartments, arranged over nine floors, are part of a volume born from the reconstruction of an existing building to host a “Boutique Residential Building”.

The ground floor houses the reception and the mechanized parking, while on the first floor there is a large fitness area for residents. The apartments, distributed from the second to the eighth floor, are equipped with home automation systems and feature different layouts to adapt to multiple usage arrangements. The ninth and final floor is dedicated to a double panoramic penthouse arranged on two levels with duplex access and offers a striking view over the city.
The building, certified in energy class A++, uses a double water network fed by groundwater, polyvalent heat pumps, and a photovoltaic system.
The double-height hall, the large glazed surfaces, and the terraces increase the building’s visual permeability, which enhances the historic and urban context through typical materials such as Ceppo di Grè and meets advanced criteria of energy sustainability.
