Casa Serico

Arranged on two levels, Casa Serico is a classic and refined residential space that houses private functions on the lower floor, leaving space for the living area and reception areas in dialogue with the panoramic terraces with swimming pool on the upper floor.

The project builds the identity of the building's living area through rooms marked by elegant moldings and light shades of white and pearl. The verticality of the spaces is emphasized by the use of light stone and large glass transparencies, with a large suspended chandelier that helps define the bright and relaxed atmosphere of the home. All the elements are coordinated to convey a perception of balance, sobriety, and comfort.
A major technological intervention was carried out on the roof in order to conceal the systems with a covering of infinity pool slabs that open up to views of the Gulf of Salerno and the Amalfi Coast. Luxury garden terraces, “way out of this world.”
Luxurious materials, bright tones, and decorative details enhance the linearity and character of the home, designed to promote physical well-being and visual pleasure, both indoors and outdoors.
