The concept maximizes living space and social interaction, arranging volumes along the perimeter and opening connections between the urban boulevard and the park.

UpTown Cascina Merlata, unit R8, interprets Milanese urban tradition by developing volumes along the plot boundary and freeing a central, organic and permeable shared courtyard. A detached tower rises up to 24 floors, expanding views toward the park.
