Telling an international identity projected toward the future while maintaining a deep connection to its historical roots: this is the challenge of FC Internazionale Milano’s new headquarters.

The new headquarters of the Nerazzurri club in Milan, between Viale della Liberazione and Via Melchiorre Gioia, translates vision, ambition and historic values into a contemporary and representative workplace.

Inter HQ

The new headquarters occupies the top five floors (from the sixth to the tenth) of a building owned by the Generali Group, with a total area of approximately 4,000 sq m housing over 200 workstations. The spaces enjoy panoramic views over Milan, from the Madonnina to San Siro, complemented by an 800 sq m panoramic terrace overlooking the city.
The project integrates operational spaces, representative and event areas, and a multifunctional media room hosting Inter Heritage and a fully renewed Trophy Room. This space is conceived as an iconic and immersive environment, where light, multimedia content and exhibition design create a unified narrative of the club’s trophies. More than an exhibition, the Trophy Room becomes a narrative and identity-driven device, transforming sporting memory into a contemporary and engaging experience. The Sala Orologio is conceived as a space for conviviality and social interaction, with a bar counter and various seating options encouraging informal encounters. The name recalls the restaurant where the Club was founded. Brand identity emerges in a measured and non-invasive way, with communication accents concentrated in strategic points.
The project results from integrated work between workplace strategy, interior design and physical branding. Flexible spaces, coherent storytelling and controlled communication make the headquarters both operational and representative.
