Mitsubishi

Conceived to respond to the evolving nature of work, MIRAI spans 5,200 square meters across 4 floors, offering spaces designed for both focused work and relaxation. The building integrates collaborative areas, private spaces, and training zones, creating a flexible ecosystem that adapts to a wide range of working needs.

On the ground floor, a large showroom introduces visitors to the Mitsubishi Electric experience through a multimedia portal and interactive exhibition areas dedicated to the company’s key sectors. Interior layouts favor open space solutions for dynamic work, complemented by support areas and flexible environments. The laboratories and training rooms, featuring over 80 workstations, are dedicated to technical training sessions and workshops.
The interior design strikes a balance between Italian and Japanese influences, with particular attention paid to acoustic, lighting, and thermal comfort, as well as ease of maintenance.
MIRAI reinterprets workplace design in line with the “new normal” that emerged after the pandemic, reshaping spaces to support the activities and relationships that take place within.
