Nervesa 21

The intervention concerns facades, systems, interior spaces, and outdoor areas. A systemic redevelopment that has made Nervesa21 an urban oasis, harmonious and sustainable.

The building is developed in two towers of 8 and 14 floors, characterized by a facade where metal elements and glazing create a vertical rhythm. The internal spaces, flexible and divisible, respond to different usage needs. The project, compliant with the highest ESG standards, obtained WELL Gold and LEED Platinum certifications thanks to sustainable choices, such as: the collection and reuse of rainwater, material recycling, the use of low-carbon glass, the installation of photovoltaic panels and sensors for monitoring air quality, and maximizing comfort and natural light contribution.
The 5,300 sqm of outdoor spaces include parking, bike spaces, electric charging, meeting areas, relaxation zones, an open exhibition space, and two rooftops, connected by panoramic elevators that open the view toward the city.
