A new organizational model is interpreted through a sober and elegant furnishing style that comes alive with color in the informal areas and greenhouses, where natural light enhances the color palette.

The project encompasses interior design, space planning, and furniture selection for the office and laboratory spaces, in harmony with a minimalist, high-tech architectural design featuring glass, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and acrylic. The spaces are organized according to an open-work logic: 69% of the floor area is dedicated to open space, including the top management area, while the remainder houses support spaces and bioclimatic greenhouses for informal meetings. Color, natural light, and understated furnishings define a balanced system between functionality and interaction. The project roll-out has been supported by a workplace change management process to foster buy-in, engagement, and a new work culture.
The transition from a nearly entirely closed-off organization to an open, shared workspace transforms the office into a more collaborative and inclusive environment, consistent with new work models.
