Vigentina9 - CAV HQ

The project preserves the original 1962 structure while redefining façade and systems through rotated modules, advanced BIM processes, and high energy standards.

The intervention on the building at Corso di Porta Vigentina 9 in Milan retains the original structural frame while replacing the envelope. The main façade is articulated by 1.5 × 3 m modules rotated northward, combining glazed sections with opaque bronze-anodized aluminum insulated panels. Engineered stone spandrels mark floor levels.
Internally, new stair cores, lobby, parking facilities, and open-plan office floors integrate with reconfigured systems. BIM processes—laser scanning, Revit models, and Dynamo scripts—enabled full coordination and achievement of LEED v4 Core & Shell Platinum certification.
Vigentina9 upgrades an office building with a new envelope, flexible interiors, and optimized systems, integrating advanced BIM workflows and LEED Platinum certification.
