“What’s in the box?” is an immersive installation that brings nature and intimacy into the heart of the Contract Hall at Cersaie 2021.

What's in the box - Fiera Cersaie

“What’s in the box?” introduces a new way of experiencing the fair within the space dedicated to dialogue between production, design, and clients. Within an 8x8-meter perimeter, the layout connects two sequences: the outer one, featuring a lounge with grass, plants, and teak surfaces furnished with enveloping seating; and the central one, where an introverted volume clad in mirrored film is accessed through a filtered passage. Light, sound, color, and air create a low-stimulation immersive environment that invites visitors to slow down and experience the fair more consciously.
The contrast between the mirrored shell and the green frame transforms the stand into a sensory refuge: a suspended space that restores intimacy, listening, and wellbeing within the trade fair context.
